After you’ve placed your fingers at the very bottom edge of the skirt, press gently inward toward the eye and count “one-two” before you begin the pinching motion with your fingers to fold the skirt edge. This slow gentle pressure helps to release the edge of the skirt from your eye, and also helps to ensure that both fingers are applying nearly equal pressure so that you are not merely pushing the lens in one direction with one finger, but are able to enact the oppositional pinching force that creates a fold in the edge of the skirt.
Also, if you lean forward over a counter and position your head such that your face is parallel to the floor, gravity can be your assistant in helping the lens to fall or move away from the eye once the surface tension has been diminished by puckering the edge. If necessary, pinch a bit more to grab onto the skirt and gently pull the bottom edge of the lens away from the eye and the rest of the lens will naturally follow.

Never rinse or store your lenses with tap water. Always use one of the recommended care systems when handling, inserting and caring for your lenses.
Each day after you remove your lenses, you must digitally clean them prior to overnight storage for disinfection.
Put the lens bowl-side up in the palm of your hand, apply a few drops of multipurpose solution and rub the entire lens in a circular motion with the pad of your finger. Be sure to thoroughly digitally clean both sides of the lens.
Rinse the lens while still in the palm of your hand, with a steady stream of solution. This keeps the lens clean, clear and comfortable to wear.
Fill the lens case with fresh solution and place the lens in the well with the bowl-side up. Never “top off ” or use old solution.
